2012 Yoga Teacher Training in Montauk!
SomaRae and Sangha Yoga 200hr YTT begins on January 27th! It will be one weekend per month, along with a week-long intensive. Specific dates to be determined as a group.

Kristen Rae Stevens: movement artist/ teacher/ facilitator worked as a professional dancer for 10 years. Her intense curiosity in the mind-body connection and it’s relationship to health, led her to a path in the healing arts of Yoga and Ayurveda nearly 20 years ago. As a cerified Ayurvedic consultant of Kripalu’s School of Ayurveda, she met many of her current teachers. Drs. Lads, Svaboda, Welch and Frawley. She continues her intimate studies with her teachers through on-going trips to India and other countries abroad. She currently studies Yoga with Yogini Shambhavi, Zander Remete and Emma Balnaves. She has been on faculty as a Yogini, Anatomist, Dancer and Ayurvedis Consultant at Columbia College, Yogaworks NYC, Sangha Yoga and SomaRae of which she is the founder and director.
