Alice Houseknecht
Alice Houseknecht is a graduate of the 500 Hour Teacher Training Certification Program from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health located in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. She has been teaching yoga on the East End for the past six years. Her gentle yoga classes emphasize yogic breathing, postures, and meditation techniques to help alleviate fatigue and stress. Her extensive training has helped her achieve a well developed connection to a deep source of inspiration giving her the ability to guide others into theirs. She is pictured here with her daughter-in-law and granddaughter.
